Practitioner Referral Program
For Clinics & Health Professionals
Refer patients that need orthotic care alongside your treatment process
High Performance Orthotics works alongside physiotherapists, doctors, podiatrists, and allied health practitioners to support patients where orthotic precision, footwear matching, and biomechanical design may influence patient outcomes.
This is not a general podiatry clinic model. It is a specialist orthotics design service — focused specifically on consult-led assessment, movement-informed design, and footwear-matched orthotic development.
Referrals are welcomed for both straightforward and complex cases, including patients who have previously failed standard orthotic approaches.

Practitioner & Referrer FAQs
Do you accept written and verbal practitioner referrals?
Yes. Referrals are welcomed from physiotherapists, doctors, podiatrists, and allied health practitioners. You can decide to provide a note, letter or leave it up to the patient to communicate their needs.
What types of patients are appropriate to refer?
Appropriate cases include recurrent plantar pain, Achilles loading issues, repeated overload injuries, PFPS, footwear–orthotic mismatch problems, failed prior orthotics, and sport-specific footwear challenges and proximal injuries that you feel may benefit from better foot and ankle alignment.
Will you work alongside the patient’s treatment plan?
Yes. Orthotic design is intended to complement — not replace — existing treatment plans. Collaborative care is welcomed.
Can you share findings with the referring practitioner?
Where clinically relevant and patient-approved, summary findings and orthotic design rationale can be shared.
How are referrals made?
Referrals can be made by directing patients to book, sending a written referral, or contacting us directly via email for coordination.
Can practitioner discussions be arranged?
Yes. Practitioner-to-practitioner discussion can be arranged where clinical context or footwear demands warrant it.
