The design

Movement Informed Design

Movement Relief orthotics were created to bridge the gap between generic insoles and fully customised orthotics.

Rather than designing a single "one-size-fits-all" insert, the Movement Relief Collection reflects common support patterns observed through years of custom orthotic design and specialist manufacturing.

Each orthotic is shaped to support comfort, stability and natural movement in everyday footwear.

Questions

How do I know which orthotic is right for me?+

Each design is suited to different movement needs and activity levels. If you're unsure, start with the option that best matches your daily activity or book a virtual consultation for personalised guidance.

Are these the same as custom orthotics?+

No — Movement Relief orthotics are ready-to-wear designs. They're informed by custom orthotic principles, but don't involve a personalised assessment or design process.

Will these fit in my shoes?+

Yes — Movement Relief orthotics are designed to work with most everyday footwear, including sneakers, work shoes, and training shoes.

How long does it take to get used to them?+

Most people adjust within a few days to a couple of weeks. It's normal to gradually increase wear time as your body adapts to the support.

How long do they last?+

With regular use, orthotics typically last many months to years depending on activity level and footwear.

Can I use them for sport and everyday wear?+

Yes — different designs are suited to different activities. Some are ideal for daily wear, while others provide more support for running or training.

What if they don't feel right?+

We offer a 30 day guarantee, no questions asked.

What if I need more support later?+

If your needs change or your symptoms persist, you can move to a custom orthotic consultation for a more personalised approach.

Are these better than standard insoles?+

Movement Relief orthotics are designed using principles from custom orthotic care, offering more structured support than typical off-the-shelf insoles.

Do I need to remove my current insoles?+

In most cases, yes — removing the existing insole allows the orthotic to sit correctly in the shoe and function as intended.
